IB tribunal appeal allowed

Options
I attended an appeal hearing on 11th June 2009 and the appeal was allowed  I wasn't asked any questions at all and was in and out of the "courtroom" within 5 minutes, the judge said that she and the doctor with her had read through the submission and were not going to put me through any more as the ME report at the PCA had been "woefully inadequate" and also as this procedure dated back to November 2007 my IB would be reinstated.

I have since completed and returned an "honesty" form. Can anyone tell me how long it will take for payment to reach me?

Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

Hi, congrats on winning the right to appeal, from my experience with my DLA appeal it did take some time for them to gather all the evidence they needed but hang in there, i'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

So another 2 weeks from now then? What takes them so long?!!

I guess red tape and paper shuffling plus lack of communication between the multifarious government departments............

The time quoted by the DWP to get the payments sorted out is 4 to 6 weeks.
