It is funny,

Most of the cleverest scientists, inventors and business people are usually below average in something and are not usually Degree material.
They have a passion and pursue it.

Look at footballers I bet they give carol nightmares.:rotfl:

I don't knock degrees but if you work for me your work is based on performance not a piece of paper picked up XX years ago.

The answer to this is simple

A bull as a VI in prices rising. Maybe they have bought at or near peak, maybe they are a BTL'r, maybe their employment has direct contact with the housing market, maybe they used their house as a cash machine once to often etc..... or maybe they are just greedy.

A bear as a VI in prices falling. Maybe they are too young to have bought previously, maybe they don't earn enough to buy, maybe they missed the boat in '96-2000, maybe they have suffered a death/divorce which has left them financially poorer, or maybe they are just bitter.

I don't have a VI in prices going up or down (don't own, have no aspiration to own)...but have classed myself as a bear just before this crash and about halfway through. Now though, I have no idea what to class myself as I think about all the stress some are going through with losing their homes, facing financial difficulties etc...although I still think homes are not at affordable levels yet for the 'normal' (read, not the minimum wage earners or part timers but what is just classed as average or normal earners) in a lot of areas.

There are of course exceptions to the above depending on which part of the country you live in etc.

Maybe I am a bear/bull in transition!:rotfl:

what Graham's upset about is... that because he hasn't got a degree; Carol says he's not inteligent and actually stupid...

You are on a FORUM for christs sake. No one gives two flying shytes what you earn, and in reality, if you need to state to people how much you earn in actual figures and boast about it, it's extremely unlikely you earn anywhere near that.

You wrote a post asking for these people to be removed from MSE last night. I.e. you failed to argue with them, so want them silenced.

Now your buddies are back again, all spouting !!!!!! to people on a forum about how succesful they are, when frankly no one gives a damn, your back to playing keyboard warrior.

I thought I would try to be sensible with you last night, but next day your back to internet venom and childish insults and thanking each other for said insults, accusing people of lying, when you have totally changed what they stated in your own head....and no doubt later on you will be crying again after stating "but miss, its them, miss miss".

I never actually mentioned what I earn. !!!!!! is wrong with you.

I just stated my education and job (in defense to someone accusing me of being an uneducated loafer).

If I said teacher is that more acceptable?

Take it out on Carolt, and the other people throwing the !!!!!! rather than the ones having it thrown at them!

Was actually talking in a literal sense about you all throwing up your degrees and what you earn etc.

You'll notice I;m not on carolt's side, no thanks, you are both as bad, but you think calling people pizza deliery girls is really helping your cause of being oh so innocent? You are ganging up on pizzagirl with your buddies again , ganging up on carol, just as pointed out on page 1 or 2. You cannot help yourself, which is WHY I am replying to you.
