printer help please

hiya
can anyone help me with my printer please.
i bought an epson stylus bx300f only 3 weeks ago, the inks that came with it were fine although finished very very quickyl
i bought new ones from a website and the printer wouldnt recognise them (probably wer wrong ones)

i bought the same ones T0715 ones from amazon and now the printer wont recognise them either
ive spoken to epson website customre help and they think the printer has a hardware fault and i should tkae it to one of the express stores (which is 20 miles away)

does anyone think its the printer ?
if so it would be better to return it and buy a exchange one(bought it from amazon.co.uk) and is still under the 30day warranty.

thankyou.

Are you buying genuine Epson carts, or compatibles?

What brand? Some compatibles are more compatible than others, if you see what I mean. Only way of knowing is to try a genuine Epson cart to see if it is a hardware fault.
Unfortunately if you have been trying to install compatibles then Epson are not going to be very supportive.
Are you sure you are using the right carts?
According to my supplier, the BX300F uses cart nos T0711, 712, 713, 714. Not 0715.

the originals are in the printer but out of ink and all i get on the lcd display is replace ink there low and when i put the compettibles in it says dont recognise it.
ive bought 2 sets of compettibles as i thought maybe the first set is faulty . and until now i didnt realise the difrence between originale and compettible..i bought the printer as a replcament for lexmark z708 thinkin lexmark ink is too expensive but if i have to buy originals for epson dont know why i bothered as thats expensive too:(

Sorry, my mistake. You are correct, 0715 is the multipack cart reference.

But what brand are the compatibles? Not all compatibles are of the same quality.
I tend to use use Jet-Tec which are UK made and come with a guarantee.
