I checked my Credit Card statement and on Monday I received a £7.50 refund from Ticketmaster and that's it so far! Hopefully the other £162.75 is on it's way as well!!

I haven't had anything from Ticketmaster yet either - I originally bought 4 tickets and applied for the refund on the 1st of July so it's been longer than the 21 days now. I know there must be thousands of people in the same boat but I'm getting a bit worried!

Trying to get in touch with Ticketmaster customer services and actually speak to a real person has been nigh on impossible too!

bought 4 tickets...got refunds for all of them applied to my cc's on 15th July..

Can I just ask, if you are waiting for your money back from Ticketmaster/already got your full refund from them, did you receive a confirmation email when you first applied for your refund?? I haven't had anything...

no didnt't receive a confirmation email , just the refund , not even an email to confirm the refund had been applied
