Anyone got full O2 jacko refunds yet?!?!

I bought my MJ tix through ticketline. I couldn't get through on their refund line so emailed their customer service with the transaction number and got the money back into my account 3 days later.

If you keep the ticket, frame etc, it will not only be something that you will keep and remind you have this great singer, but will also appreciate in value....

Just wondering if anyone has had their ticketmaster refunds yet? I'm hoping mine is on the way, as when I log into my account now the event is showing as cancelled with no balance. (up til now it has been showing with the total amount paid) Fingers crossed!

My mum applied for her refund through ticketmaster on the 1st July and she got her money back on her credit card on Saturday. I've not had mine back yet as mine will take a little longer as I have a new bank card and the bank say that it will take a couple of days to match it from my old card to my new card.

Got my ticket refund through this morning. Doesn't include the cost of the after show tickets and their associated booking fees though. Assume this is coming separately

Hi,

Just checked my credit card and I too have received the £338.25 refund for 4 tickets. However strangely enough ticketmaster have also refunded me an additional £7.50 in another transaction. Anyone else had the same? I didn't buy any after show or thames clipper tickets so don't really know what it could be. Will give them a call after work but just wondered if anyone on here had any ideas.

Anyone got there refund from ticket master after choosing to keep a 1 of the tickets everyone i know who requested full refunds seems to have had a refund, but im only getting a part refund and not had anything yet

why do you want a refund? Is Jacko not doing do the concerts anymore?
