Anyone got full O2 jacko refunds yet?!?!

Hey People
Has anyone received information of how to get a refund yet for our O2 this is it concert!! They say they are offering a full refund but how? i have seen no emails through ticketmaster or anything yet to confirm this??
I really really wanted to see him, and i am truely gutted, but icannot afford to let down friends and family, as the money we all spent is needed back.

Thats a bit out of order! It was my 30th birthday present which I was really looking forward to, now devasted and have nothing else planned so need the money for that, no refund for me yet!0 -
I have applied for full refund, for 4 tickets and got message that there could be a wait of 21 days. I don't mind the wait and am sure that Ticketmaster will pay up fairly quick.There's no place like home
