I actually send them an e-mail asking the question Jane:) they said it would be sent this week so I would assume it takes a couple of days, I'm waiting for mine too, and the £10 in vouchers I won on the draw, yippee £16 coming my way:j

In December I booked the last two weeks off as I knew I was going on holiday for most of it.

Returned yesterday to find a pack of stuff they wanted me to post early this week - exactly how was I supposed to do that from Orlando...? :cool:

Have prepared them all now and will send them out on the matching days next week but it does make you wonder if they bother reading what we tell them sometimes!
