    That answers my qusetion then lol. I can't enter my received items either. If it hasn't improved tomorrow, will someone be phoning them please? I can't phone because I am at work when they are open.

    Re: System Error - RESOLVED
    As you may be aware, we were experiencing some problems with our website from about 12.30pm yesterday afternoon to about 10am this morning. During this time, when you attempted to enter information for sent and received items, you would have received an error message. We have now resolved this issue and the system should be functioning as normal.
    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the information you attempted to enter was captured successfully during the time that the system was malfunctioning. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could try to enter that information again today. For those items sent or received yesterday, please remember to amend the date of sending or receipt to yesterday's date as necessary.

    News: Your next stamp incentive of 12 x 1st Class Letter and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps will be included in your packs despatched week commencing 8th February 2010 including items due to be posted w/c 22nd February 2010.

    Need to keep an eye on the stamps as previous ones came with pack for 27 December - so longer than a month!
