    Yes it does. I got reaccepted at the start of Novemeber and was called today to say welcome back!! Was on it for 3 years before I left to go travelling.

    Whenever I checked via the link it always said my area was full so i phoned them instead and got accepted so worth a try.

    Nice one - received the diary last week and this week receoved another pack of presentation stamps - the hristmas 2011 ones
