I have never found it a hassle - count the no. of envelopes, enter on website and hey presto vouchers arrive. Easy money for me.

Probably tempting fate but rarely have misdelivered post and never when doing a survey. Our regular postie is excellent - knows everyone in the Close so just delivers to the correct address.

I'm due to do a misdelivery over the next two weeks. I've never had anything wrong when I've been doing them so sometimes feel a bit guilty about taking their voucher!

I thought the same, but eventually I did get a misdelivery, so you never know!

As the whole point is to provide a % of items wrongly delivered, they need to know how many are being delivered, how many are correctly delivered and how many are incorrectly delivered!

So your data without any misdeliveries is just as important as somebody elses with incorrectly delivered items and you are earning your money!:)

Typically, on the rare occasion we do get a misdelivered item it's when the survey has just ended!

Back in January 2011 I gave up my position on the panel to go travelling around the world and came back in June. I joined the panel in Feb 2008 and never once had an issue or problem etc.

I emailed asking to go back on but no joy. I emailed again but no joy. Did this 4/5 times and then the other day I tried again. And I am back on!! My account details are all the same as are the post boxes etc and have my first postings already for next week.

I have missed doing this as the post box is outside my house. Have missed the book of stamps, the collectors stamps and the mis delivery vouchers.

Goes to show one must never give up!! :T:T:T

And I also followed this thread religiously so also know we don't have to sent the mail back either but dispose of it. I too have a shredder! lol. And I enjoyed reading about used stamp gate too! :rotfl:

    but in keeping it!!!
  • I gave up the weekly send/recieving mail part about 18 month ago now but still do the mis-delivery stints

I find my postings vary between 1 and 7 each week. Mind you on a low week for posting I often find that I receive more.
