I don't own a shredder but I do tear everthing into tiny bits and mix them all together before putting them in the recycling so unless someone wants to do a demented kind of jigsaw with hundreds of pieces I think it's safe.

I think some of their staff are only semi-literate. I should keep a list of some of the howlers I have seen and send it to them.

If they want to cut costs they should cut the amount of paper sent out, starting with the Posting Schedule, which is duplicated and updated online, and they could spend a bit more on the web site so that it works for more of the time. :mad:

At least they've stopped sending the list of post boxes every week. (Or they are still doing it but I no longer see them and automatically destroy the things!)

If you click on the news and features tab, on the mail survey site it tells you about not returning test items.

I didn't get an e-mail BUT the notice not to post back test items is on the website, click on 'News and Features'
