I've just checked again, and noticed that all of my smarts have been allocated, presumably for postings the week after next.
Any ideas what I'm supposed to do as I won't be able to phone them until after the posting time?
If I understand correctly, you have no SMARTs allocated to your postings for tomorrow any more - the information on line is more up to date than the information on the sheet you were originally sent. If there are none in the list I'd just prepare them without SMARTs and send them as normal, though you might want to check with them when you can because what has happened to you seems a bit odd to me.
If you go to the Manage My SMARTs menu item you should be able to see all the SMARTs (they think) you have in stock and the Corresponding Poster Item Number column shows where they are allocated, so you should be able to track them. If you have physical SMARTs but they don't show up in this list, you should just return them in the small envelope.

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
Pff the only thing I have got regularly is the nursing times (if that's a paper?) and something about caravans monthly... neither of which floats my boat at all so only got opened to check for SMARTs lol...I was supposed to have received a great satirical newspaper for ages... but it never actually arrived.. I was gutted lol... yes I don't get out much
I do get the correctly delivered survey about once a month so at least the post round here must suck hehe.. well I already know that as some of my weekly envelopes haven't turned up before...

I didn't realise the vouchers were reduced from £6 to £5 for the Correctly Delivered Items surveys until I received a £5 voucher recently in the post and enquired about it. Kantar have told me that this came into effect on 1st August and panellists were informed about the change in an email. But in my email received on 18th July inviting me to the latest Correctly Delivered survey there is no mention of the amount.
Has anyone received an email actually saying the amount was being reduced from £6 to £5?0 -
Sorry... following on from my last post I've just noticed in the posts a few pages back that people have been sent an email from Kantar about the voucher being reduced to £5. Looks like I didn't receive the said email or perhaps missed it in my inbox.0

My posting pack ( with items due to be sent out this week) has gone awol and never got to me. I can't remember when I last got 'paid' in stamps - does anyone know if there should have been any stamps with this posting pack? Thanks0

My last batch of stamps were received with the mailings for week commencing 29 August. So I would not expect any in the pack for this week.0 -

My pack for this week didn't turn up until today. I got an email from them saying they had had a few delays. I haven't recieved my £5 for the misposting yet. Any one else have things missing.0 -

Had a quick scan thru my junk before I hit delete and spotted an email from them asking if I wanted to remain on the panel......Maybe they are having a renewed effort at meeting their targets before Christmas post starts to get underway?....Or they go on strike like every year previous...:rotfl::heartpuls Gains & £'s saved..Far too many to mention!
