we moved last june and was taken off the survey, and have been trying to get back on the list since then, but it keeps on saying that there is a high volume of responses etc etc, does anyone know if I can contact them via email and ask when they will be likely to start accepting people to join the panel?? The telephone service is available from 10am -2pm and im working during those times and dont get lunch till 3pm.

I do miss them stamps :D:D
    TIA

To be honest with you they are only going to say what they are saying on their home page and that is there are no vacancies. I would register your interest and when they have a gap in your area I am sure you will be told.

    but in keeping it!!!

The login page on the Research International Royal mail survey site says they're having technical difficulties with their email system.:rotfl:My brother works in the help-desk office and what's really happened is that some numpty has deleted all their emails. Their saying they've got technical problems is the only way they can avoid getting into trouble with Royal Mail.;)

I would send them an e-mail (once it is up & running again!)

Last year I had a long holiday & they took me from the active list and put me on the reserve list until I returned. Once I contacted them on my return, they put me back on the active list again.

If you explain about your move, they may be able to give you priority when they need someone in your new area.

At least it is worth a try, I think.

I remember you saying before about your long hol & being put on the reserve list. I was expecting the same because I am away for 6 weeks this summer but Joanne just put me on hol as usual :). She is so friendly and helpful :T

I wonder why 'May2010' has joined MSE site just to write this post? Strange that!!!!!!

I suspect there is an ulterior motive.

I think it is a regular poster, who does not want to be identified by Kantar, incase they are stuck off.

Not sure what the point of that email was though, other than to lose Kantar the contract so we'll all be struck off. No idea about emails but the site is working fine this morning and the overnight run was done as usual on a Thursday night so everythings fine in terms of everyday operations.

Looks as though they have altered their system this year, as last week I was able to enter 4 weeks holiday online without a problem. In previous years you were only able to enter 3 weeks maximum.
Much better, as less likely to be told you are not wanted when you come back!
