I just had a query that my letter was apparently postmarked several days later than I said I posted it? Is this a common problem?

I get queries quite often, I think some post must get delayed and Kantar are just checking you posted it on the right day.

Zanderman - I know how you feel. It is an affront to be asked 'Are you sure?' but there must be some people who don't do everything as they should and therefore they need to check. Don't take it personally I suppose but its hard not to! :)

And there are also the checks about received items. Unless you keep a separate note, how are you expected to remember a week later which day an item was received (when you have probably returned the item to Kantar in any case)?

I'm thinking of getting a spare folder to keep the posting recieved via notes and the original postings, I post them, put them on line and thats it, no good asking me 2 weeks later, doubt remember the day after!!

I always enter everything on a daily basis so don't bother to keep any records in case of a query. If I get asked to confirm something, I just say yes!

They obviously have to check if something doesn't seem correct but that is why we have this post.

I know when I first received a couple of queries I thought what is up with them but I just accept it now. Life is too short to get upset over a few queries.

I always put the details of received post on the bottom or back of the posting schedule for the week so I can see what I sent and what I received in one particular week.

Wondered why I received 2 large brown envelopes from Kantar today. One has the usual weekly postings for w/c 1 June but other one was an extra letter for the same week, so another book of 12 stamps. Not had one of these for some time although I have had a fair number of misdeliveries lately which are great as you get the £6 vouchers each time.

I seem to receive regular letters from the Inland Revenue - don't know what my postie thinks about them! Also seem to send regular letters to the same few organisations. Does anyone else have this sought of pattern? Can only assume there are mega problems with these particular deliveries.

we moved last june and was taken off the survey, and have been trying to get back on the list since then, but it keeps on saying that there is a high volume of responses etc etc, does anyone know if I can contact them via email and ask when they will be likely to start accepting people to join the panel?? The telephone service is available from 10am -2pm and im working during those times and dont get lunch till 3pm.

I do miss them stamps :D:D
    TIA
