Has anyone had any problems using the Love to Shop vouchers that are given out as a reward for doing extra surveys?

I had £12 in vouchers (2 x £5 and 2 x £1) and tried to use them to purchase something in Debenhams yesterday. I was told I couldn't use the vouchers that had 'Woolworths' on them as they had been recalled. 'Woolworths' was on the £1 vouchers and on one of the £5 vouchers so I could only use one £5 voucher. The expiry dates were fine on the vouchers but they still would not accept them.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can use my vouchers? I'm carrying out another survey at present and hope that any vouchers received can be used.

I have had the same in Debenhams so used them in Boots instead and they took them.

I booked my holidays ages ago for next week and entered the dates ages ago , however i have no items to post this week at all and four items to post next week when i'm on holidays , this happened last time when i was on holidays too i received items while i was away on holidays and had items to post ,

Has this happened to others ?

Yes it happened to me as well. I had tons and tons of post to log as well as send but they were good and said just return it all. However I did log it and send everything on the correct day one and two weeks later. I don't think the hoilday dates section works on their website as others have also received items when away.

I have had no problem spending mine I thought that the details on the back are only suggestions as to shops you could spend them at. Here is a link to the love2shop website there are loads of shops that accept them, they are/were not issued by Woolworths, There are 2 types though and the shop I used them in had different ways to identify whether they were genuine vouchers

Yes and I think it has been mentioned in a much earlier post.

In my case it was Bon Marche who refused a £1 voucher but would accept a £5 one presented at the same time. In the shop they suggested I phone the number of the back. I suggested they do that but instead simply reclaimed my vouchers and left them with goods unsold.

I took it up with Bon Marche head office by email. They suggested I post the voucher to them and they would look at it to see why the shop had rejected it! I declined to send them what I believed was the equivalent of cash in the post and spent it in Wilkinsons (part of the same group) who seem to have better understanding of what a Woolworth's voucher might be.

We had a few lovetoshop vouchers a couple of years ago that although they were in date wilkinsons wouldn't accept them as they were an 'old' design
We contacted lovetoshop, sent them the vouchers by special delivery & they sent us back new vouchers + £4 more of vouchers to cover the postage.

When my envelope arrived yesterday there was a small slit at the edge and the book of 12 stamps was misssing. The 4 large stamps and the note saying monthly incentive included was still there.
    Anyone else ever had this?
Joanne saysto let her know if it happens again or if any of my post has been tampered with.

My post is always ok. I had one item that had been opened and resealed but the poster then stuck a sticker with their name and address on so I could tell that it was not tampered with e-nroute :)

Oh heck that was what I was thinking, one package sealed down before put the smart in it, so course it looked like it had been tampered with so put a little note inside, but glad I'm not the only one who does that! x
