    Hi'all

I used to do this survey at my old address, and I'm on the waiting list to participate at my new address (only been here a year ;) ) I'm obviously moving up the list, as Research Int have invited me to participate in a Correctly Delivered survey for the next two weeks.

Can anyone remind me what the reward is for this? They say vouchers, but I can't remember how much!

    Cheers

I applied for the royal mail one, but I have looked and I am doing letters for tntsurvey. I do get a £5 voucher though.

TNT? that is different to the usual Kantar one we all do on here. If that pay is the norm then it is certainly loads better than we get!! :D
Would it be possible to put a link to it? If not can you send details by pm?
    Thanks for info. :)[/QUOTE]

I am so sorry but I do not have a link because the only one I signed up for was royal mail, but after doing the survey I was unsuccessful. I can only assume that my details were passed on to tnt. definately tnt, not tns.

  • I've been sending items for a few weeks after joining the Kantar survey, but got my first "received" item in the post yesterday. I've entered all the info online, but do I send this item back to Kantar? It doesn't have a SMART or anything. I couldn't see an answer on their website, hope it's not a stupid question! :)

Also, I've received a couple of large plastic envelopes, and a couple of A5 sized ones for SMARTs with my weekly posting packs. I'm assuming these are for sending received items back in? Sorry for all the questions, their website doesn't make it very clear!

  • Hi

Any items that you receive during the week have to be logged and then put into the large grey envelope that should be returned to Kantar weekly(I return mine on the Friday after I have received post for that day) Ensure that the Grey envelope has a barcode sticker on it, you usually have a spare one on your address sticker sheet each week if it hasn't:D

The smaller Smart envelope is for returning Smarts to Kantar if requested by them.

This can be checked for in Manage my Smarts:D

    Hope this helps:)

You send all items received , whether they originally had SMARTs in or not, back at the end of the week in the large envelope. You keep the SMARTs until asked to return them. As you say, you return them in the smaller envelope, however you will be told when to send them and which ones to send, - either you receive an email, or a red alert box is shown on the site, or else you can check yourself in that section of the site. Usually I check on Friday as they review and update everything on Thurs overnight. If you work through the training section - (did they send this to you? If not it's on the website) - you will see that all the info re this is on there and if not try the faq. They've covered pretty much everything, even though I've been doing this for ages, it's always worth going back through those 2 sections now and then.

Apologies, I see this has already been answered but I'll leave it in now. Incidentally in my case, the barcode stickers are always on the envelopes already these days, so there's no need to do that bit of it, though maybe not the same for everyone.
