Forget about the money ds etc, or getting any of it back. The bf is a creep, your husband is not well & the bf knows where you live. Write it off. Without wishing to worry you is it possible to change the locks & ensure the daughter does not have a key? I would also go around checking all security is up to date & adequate. It is not reasonable to have him in your house, however you dont want to throw them together more.
Speaking to the refuge is great. Well done for that, I hope they'll help you, which in turn will help your daughter. It wont happen overnight. Sickos like this guy have a strange way of getting inside someones head & its a hard hold to break. Be strong & take care of yourself too. Good luck.
