Don't forget patatas bravadas (fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce) - yum!! Anchovies in oil/garlic you can get in the supermarkets - my fav tapas! Oh and tortilla is a nice one too. Have a fab night! At least the fish fingers are still frozen, that's what I keep telling myself (Truly Madly Deeply)0

Hi
I posted two recipes one for patatas bravas and one for veggie paella on the store cupboard challenge thread. If you can get manchego cheese serve it with some mixed deli meats, a green salad, cold antipasti like sundried tomatoes, flame roasted peppers - from jars and green olives. Try Delia smiths piedmont peppers - on her website, battered kalamari or white fish chunks, chicken wings, grilled aubergiene and serve it all with crusty bread yummy

Olives, manchego chese, serrano ham.....
Alos, prawns fried in garlic - dead easy - finely chopped garlic, soften in a little butter, add prawns, quick fry till they turn pink & serve with some crusty bread to mop up the juices!0
