i bought some of the lidl recycled paper last week after reading this and they are total crap-the packet isn't clear either so you can't see what you're buying0

18 rolls of decent stuff (Can't remember the name) for £2.99 from Home Bargains. It flies out of our local store as it really is good value.
I'll give another vote for this one - it's called 'Comfy Soft', is good quality and a real bargain.
We've not found anything that comes anywhere near it in terms of VFM (Value For Money).0 -
Problem is p00hsticks not everyone has a Home Bargains near them, I went to their website and tried to see how far away the nearest one to me is, and none came up when i 50miles was selected. I do have a poundland but even thats over 8miles away, so would only be advisable to go there once a month and buy a load of stuff i need.0

I tend to get the discounted brand from tesco. . .
9 for £1.99
but home bargains ALWAYS have decent cheap loo rolls. Worth a look!

ps. If there is no home bargains near you. . . quality save is the same company/shop I think. They have all the same deals as home bargains anyway0

Another recommendation for Home Bargains!0

I just hold it in until I go to work and use there toilet paper, or failing that you could rip up old newspapers and put them on a string next to the toilet.

Sorry you don't like it. I've used it for over 5 years and it does the job well. It's very different to 'luxury' toilet paper but it wipes well and there's less waste.0 -
