You often see offers on huge 18/24 packs of Charmin & Andrex on offer. I have had them both in past few weeks for £5 from Asda & I think Netto - I grabbed them for daughters too while they were there!

I got Andrex 4 packs for £1.50 each from Tesco recently, so I got 10 packs and stocked up. Not sure if the offer is still on though. :)

It depends on the shops you have available to you but Farmstores do a quilted one for (from memory) 9 rolls for £2. I never thought I'd be converted away from Andrex but this is fine.

None of these in my Tesco at the moment:confused:
  • There was ad on tv last night for Somerfield. Their own brand luxury toilet tissue is half price at 2.20ish for 9.
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

SAINSBURYS BASICS is surprisingly good quality, better than some leading brands i've found and 4 for 43p is not bad at all. Worth checking out if if you don't like it you haven't lost much.

Indeed, Tesco value range at £1.26 for 12 is fine too. I'll never understand why folks waste money on the likes of Andrex, etc.

We buy loads and it is pricey, Somerfield had a massive pack for a couple of quid last week and it was decent quality.
Alternatively if anyone has a business they could join a cash n carry or macro or costco and buy in bulk
  • I agree with previous posters about the Sainsburys basics toilet paper. I have used this for a long time as it is cheap and good quality for the price.

18 rolls of decent stuff (Can't remember the name) for £2.99 from Home Bargains. It flies out of our local store as it really is good value.
