  • Just tried 2 Tesco in Leeds and they have not heard of the offer. But they have had customers asking for it. Is it only available in some regions.

Torres used to be very nice wine IIRC. Used to be being the operative word why not buy some decent drinkable wine rather than just going for these promotions to offload old stock..................

due to the glitch being on this particular wine.

I went to 3 branches today and managed to get 3 bottles at the last one. Added a 2 for £10 (originally £9.99 a bottle) and another red call Tagus Creek that gives 100 points.

I cant believe so many people dont get what a great deal this is!!!![/QUOTE]

I can believe it - cos even fewer people seemed to catch on to last weeks deal when buying 6 bottles of the most expensive wine in the 2 for £10 offer got you a much lower final bill than if you bought 6 of the cheapest wine in the offer !!! I couldn't believe that either.

Personal preference I guess but I'm on to bottle 2 of the Rose (sharing with the wife!) and its lovely...

We usually go for the Pinot's or £3ish bottles - this is to our taste I'd recommend it!

    Cheers

I forgot to say, there are still some 2 for £10 offers available and, if you can find some of the £9.99 bottles in this deal you will get 25% discount on the original price not the 3 x £10 price. Works out at around £15 for 6 bottles.

Just picked up some in North Berwick. Had the last 2 bottles of white, and some red. There were a few bottles of red left and lots of Rose.

Managed to get the last 3 Rose wines and then found another wine with 100 points for 5.49 each, so got the 25% back. Received 750 points back. And I don`t even drink...lol. Also the 5p off petrol - but expires in 14 days only...
    Thanks for the great find!!!

But it doesn't even say that there's 25% off online on the Torres. It says it's on selected cases and if you click the link to the offer, Torres is not included.

ETA: It's changed now! Yay. This morning, it said the offer was on wine by the case, and listed the ones that were on offer!!

And there's a £10 code on the discounts board, so even cheaper.

    Brilliant!
Works out a good price for those that pay with cash...... but bear in mind a lot of stores won't have the stock to fulfil the orders for this - so if you don't want alternatives.....be sure they know.
