It may not show the discount when you are buying online as it never does on offers (such as bogof) but it normaly comes through on your final bill upon delivery.
But it doesn't even say that there's 25% off online on the Torres. It says it's on selected cases and if you click the link to the offer, Torres is not included.
ETA: It's changed now! Yay. This morning, it said the offer was on wine by the case, and listed the ones that were on offer!!
And there's a £10 code on the discounts board, so even cheaper.
Brilliant!0 -
Hi all,
Sorry if this has been answered but there so many posts I'm getting confused!
I am getting married in 3 weeks and myself and my soon to be husband are getting the wine for our reception on saturday. We have been saving our clubcard vouchers and have got lots which we were hoping to use and double them up in store and take advantage of current 25% off.
We use our vouchers online usually (4 times the value) for short breaks so we would def benefit from extra points.
Could someone explain if or how we would benefit if we bought this wine in particular as opposed to a cheaper wine?
Sorry to be pain but got my crazy bride head on and cant think straight!!
Thanks0 -
You spend your points, but get more for buying the wine. And you get back more points than you've spent. So you're not really spending them at all. You spend your points, they give you more back and loads of free wine!0

Quite simply if you buy this wine you get 150 points per bottle if you buy 6 that will be 900 and converted to clubcard vouchers £36. Depends what you spend them on but you could always double up again or there are various other choice.
I cant believe so many people dont get what a great deal this is!!!!0 -

Exactly what I'm planning to do for our wedding in September. I'm off for a trip round loads of tesco's tomorrow. I'm gonna be getting the Cava £49.50 (6 bottles) and I'll get £72 of vouchers back. If you buy the torres 6 bottles comes to approx £30 (red etc diff prices) and get 900 points back. It's a clubcard points nuetral deal!!!!Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

My hubby doesn't get it. He doesn't believe that Tesco are, in effect, paying us to take away their wine. I'm going to nip out and get some of the fizzy in the morning. I can't not buy it!0 -
FANTASTIC!!! That is great - might stock up for christmas at the same time as our wedding!!
Thanks so much for your replies - I'm off to empy my car boot and clear out my local tesco!!!0 -

Torres used to be very nice wine IIRC. Used to be being the operative word why not buy some decent drinkable wine rather than just going for these promotions to offload old stock..................0
