Blimey. All hell has just let loose in the form of a load of fireworks going of around and about v. close. I went out in the back garden and looked over to where they were coming from. Seemed initially to be from a public venue nearby but it wasn't exactly there.

A load of cars came out of the park suddenly

Then some were let off over the other side of the park and then some from further south. I wonder if we've been hit by some sort of flash mob?

    BB is going mental....

Good news is hubby has an appointment tomorrow morning with the doc, the receptionist did say it would be August before he would be seen then it changed to end of July but i pushed and managed to get him in tomorrow. I can't go in with him because of the wee ones so hopefully he'll be honest with him.

Plan now to get Rhys ready for bed and then go myself. See youall tomorrow.

SexyM - have a truly brilliant day and may your best birthday present be a job offer! :bdaycake:

Hi Sexy, happy birthday from me too - how did it go today?

I'm sorry to read about that Fly-Flo - I know you enjoyed it.

Thanks Soappie, I did, but I wasn't doing it justice as I was never there so I thought someone else should have it instead so they could be more useful.

Back working at home tomorrow, actually , will be out quite a bit as I have just been paid by a client so I can order all the furniture and bits for the 2 bed flat I'm doing as a showhome.... can't wait - I love spending other peoples money on pretty bits - just wish I could do it for myself.

Anyhoo, nagged the kids as they've done sweet !!!!!! all today except go out... guess what else we'll be doing tomorrow...;););)

Just wanted to pop in and say hello, hope to see you all tomorrow

How do you paint a veg patch? Well done with all your hard work, no need for the embarrased face - you are doing great!
Vanilla, can’t you take the little ones with you and go with DH to the doctors? I’m really glad he has an appointment tomorrow, that’s great news. If you can’t go, I hope that he will be honest with the doctor

We built a wooden fence round it with a gate but it has been looking a bit rough this last while but now it looks all new again.:j:j

I only wish i could go in but the kids be too noisy.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
