AS for wednesday you will be in my thoughts all day sweetpea and I will be sending the bestest interview and observation vibes I can muster. You have been getting well prepared so it wont be for want of trying on yourbehalf. love and hugs xx
FFp :rotfl::rotfl: and I love your afghan - I knew what it was but not the style obviously _ I think its gorgeous you clever thing - how long have you been working it? Your cross stitch will be good to keep your hands busy when you have cravings!
jayjay14 good to see you back - hope things improve for you and yours especially your brother.
Sunnygirl well done getting caught up with the lists - and I hope your ebay sales do a bit more before they finish - thats a good start. Poor wee DD - you could use some of your ebay sales money to buy a fan on ebay and not have to wait until payday??
Polly I am glad your 2 DDs are back home safe and sound
hex - hope work isnt as bad as you expect - at least you will be able to unwind a bit after this.
soappie - nope just luck that I noticed pigpen 's light was on and checked and there was the new thread !!!:rotfl:
carol what on earth takes 5 hours at the hairdressers:eek::eek::eek: do you have hair down to the floor or something?
carlsberggal huge hugs for both of you - thank goodness DH is able to talk to you -you are so supportive and caring - I think BIL attitude is totally appalling, disgusting, unbelieveable, blinkered, shameful, dreadful, shocking horrendous - cant think of enough words to describe how bad I think he is for being like that.

    toots xx

Thank you for the new list and hugs for those that need them. A couple of weeks back I attended two funerals. The first for an 11 year old boy killed in a road traffic accident was a packed church with many people wearing Liverpool Football Shirts. The second was totally informal dress with the memorial service being held on the beach. That too was for a young person who died in tragic circumstances. I think dress is really dependant on who the service is for and what was considered normal in their life.

I would like everyone to wear purple at my funeral, as it's my favourite colour.

DH has discovered that part of the kitchen is covered in tiny white mites, and he is muttering to himself and demolishing things trying to find out where they are coming from. I'm letting him get on with it. Personally I think it's from a bag of carrots that are on the same worktop, but he doesn't.
    Hugs Jayjay

I will be thinking of you on Wednesday Sexy, really really hope you get the job

Polly glad to hear your DD’s are back safely

Hugs Hex, hope the week isn’t as stressful as you anticipate

Big hugs Carlsberrgal to you and DH. It’s so good that he can talk to you, and such a shame that some people are so insensitive. Has he had counselling?

Funerals.. hmm... if it was one of my offspring I would be so distraught I wouldn't care what people wore I'd just want my baby back!!

Most other people I'd wear usual clothing.. probably black trousers and a black vest top.. as that is what I usually wear on a daily basis!! lol.. I did wear purple to my uncle funeral and the above to my grans with my bright pink sling with Tiddles (who was not quite 3 weeks old) wearing a cream frilly dress.
