Penny enjoy your time off. Your mp3 is under the sofa. Or in the drawer.
Hope you have a better day today Sarah
Jo, Tesco have some bbq food at ridiculous prices, such as a 40 piece barbecue pack for £5. It’s in the frozen range – I noticed when I was shopping online yesterday. Was going to post a link but then discovered you have to log in before you can view the food! Didn’t want everyone to be able to see what I buy!
Well, as i said above, I overslept, and so far today have done absolutely nothing. Chatted to mum on the phone which was nice and then dh phoned to say he'd left his shorts at home and should he demolish his jeans. we decided that new jeans would be cheaper than the cost of petrol for me to take his shorts over (he's working quite a long way away and i just can't be bothered to spend a couple of hours driving over there and back). i know it's wasteful to cut the legs of a perfectly good pair of jeans but there we are.
i suppose i should try to do something. my head is killing me and i'm really tired and the bd is still here. got to go out later to pick up a friend and take her to collect her new kitten, so need to have enough energy to do that. i will try to do some flying but won't be able to do that much i'm afraid. sorry

oooo good idea greenbee.
Thanks....
Right.
Ive been sat here thinking about what I have at home and I think I may be able to do MOST of it from what I already have at home......
I have chicken breasts, sausages, and some peppered grillsteak type things in the freezer.
I also have a large bag of corn on the cob in the freezer
I have rice, pasta and cous cous for making side dishes/salads etc
I have fruit salad in the freezer and Ice cream
Ive also got the stuff to make houmous etc and some pitta breads
I can also do homemade salsa etc......
So I think I can get away with only having to buy fresh salad, some burgers (for the kids), bread rolls, some meat for kebabs (I have mushrooms, cherry toms, and baby corn at home) as well as wine and a cake.
Not as bad as I thought!!
Sounds like you are pretty much sorted! It all sounds yummy!
I'm going to spend 10 minutes decluttering the LR floor..."Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Off work again as counselling feels it has taken me back to almost the first stage of grieving in many ways. Work has been very supportive in this area which at least feels some of the pressure has been lifted. Going back tomorrow as need to get this routine back too.
The flying has really helped me distract myself and not sit and dwell constantly. Up to date on the weekday lists and I am going to do a big declutter in the spare room and try and complete this list next. The declutter in this room will make me feel much better I am sure as it does my head in!
