And you are no such thing - tell me where it states that you must be good at housework and love shopping???? go on tell me tell me tell me:rotfl: there are quite a few ladies on here who dont like shopping and you are not useless you have not been guided what to do but you are asking questions and willing to learn and thats the first step - we will soon make you into Anthea and Kim and Aggie!!!

Aw Toots, thanks for taking the time to say that! it really means a lot!

because of certain things in my upbringing, I always feel at a bit of disadvantage, as if I don't know some things that seem to come naturally to others...that's made me an expert bluffer! I would rather struggle on blindly than ever admit I need help! most people think I'm very a organised and calm sort of person which is sooo far from the truth...so that's what's so great about this forum (and the net in general) and can ask all those dumb questions that I've never dared ask before - even if it's just about washing down woodwork! :rotfl:

  • Morning all

It is beautiful here again today - I will be out in the car for about 5 hours today as I have two home visits to do - so so glad that I got a car with air con!

DD will have a rude a awkening in a minute - I have taken my pain killers so will be able to move relatively pain free in a few minutes - then I will be in her room before work to find the library books.

So don't think I will get much done else where - but will copy down list for DD - just to see how much she does not do in full day at home!

    Have fun today

DS tells me, that either AVG or Avast are good. And to use Zonealarm for the firewall. Also for Spyware protection use Malwarebytes Antimalware and Spybot-Search and Destory.

    Morning All

Just to quickly say I got back from Glastonbury yesterday but I was so shattered didn't stand a chance of coming on here. I had a wonderful time but think I overdid it a bit even though I tried pacing myself ;)

Bruce Springsteen was great & just for AnW'sMum Status Quo were brilliant as well (cos I think she likes them :D)

Now have to unpack the rucksacks & tackle the washing, so that is my task for today.

Love to all, will slowly try & catch up with what's been happening

    Back later xx
