Andy Murray is not in favour with us English roses....it's all to do with a comment he made in 2006 I think it was about how he'd support anyone except England..

Garden watered. washing brought in, online scrabble move made against DD, dry cushion covers put back on cushiosn. Pots cleared, DW on. I'm about to contemplate going to bed but I fear it's too warm to sleep properly..

    Morning All

Hot and humid here already so goodness knows what it will be like later.

Rosepink - I'm aiming for 7000 every day at the moment and am managing that but I'm on my feet a lot of the time at work. Next week I'll probably be trying to increase it which means I'll have to do extra walking. You're doing really well with what you're doing now - if you want to increase it do it slowly - an extra 100 steps a day for a week so you don't overdo it. I'll probably have to make more of an effort during the school hols because on the days I'm not running about somewhere with the kids I'll probably veg on here - if piggers lets me!

Going to finish reading the thread now.

    Have a good day all

It cost me an arm and a leg but we have all enjoyed it. I think I'm prepared to go vegetarian for three days a week if I can have quality steak like that.

:T Heartily agree ;) We've been buying beef from the farm for a while, and are now buying rare-breed pork (Berkshires). It's not cheap, but the crackling is to die for :D
