Hi all' and vas
This happened to me today aswel, and yet, this is a store i visit every week. CA said they had had a memo last week that NO INTERNET coupons were to be accepted (i used £10 worth on wed in this store) Still, i will go back and have another try.
HTH

I think internet coupons days are numbered as far as Tesco accepting them without the product being purchased is concerned. Just my opinion.
I have been couponing for a few years and things seem to be changing. The general feeling from stores I find now is that they are at the very least, wary of internet coupons or indeed in some stores they have already decided to stop accepting them.
But if a Store Manager played the 'Manager's Discretion' card with me I would have come back with 'yes, I know the policy allows discretion on internet printed coupons, but not on original manufacturers' coupons, so at least I can still use one of each of those each time' (stated as a matter of fact, not as a question).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I only started using coupons about a month ago, and the way i see it is....if 7 or 8 out of every 10 SA's accept my coupons that is a saving i never enjoyed before.
Although, i do think it was just bad luck today. As it came to my turn, the young SA was relieved for a toilet break...and a supervisor ended up serving me. I sort of expected this as soon as she took over!!

It was luck, as I don't usually check my receipts that carefully. The multi-buy was kicking in for the beans as well as the spaghetti at the same time, even though I had only got the beans. I went around again to test it and lo and behold I got 24 cans of beans for £1.12!! The SA was really shocked saying she hadn't seen anything like it in her 3 years working at the store. This was in Tesco, Monkspath, Solihull.0 -
