That's absolutely awful.
Others have mentioned that you could end up with a lifetime ban if you complain to Tesco's. If you don't want to risk this, why not complain to the gym about fellow members harassing and bullying you and see if you can instead get those biatches banned from your gym?

That's an idea, I have already reported this matter to HO by letter and made an appointment at the CAB. My hands are tied as if this escalates into more harassment or even physical violence, then they will ask why i did not report it. Also I will not be put off reporting the incident because i get abit money off at t's (i get 25% - in reality 10% as asda is about 15% cheaper), I will have my say as i feel it is right to do so and may in future stop these rancid people from acting in such a pre-historic way to others.

also some great t's staff at my local, they embarce couponing n use alot themselves; however i'd say the other 50% see and treat coupon users as scum......SIMPLES!0 -

I just want to say that I have great staff in my local Tesco's:beer: They are helpful, friendly and even sometimes say to me haven't you got a 20p coupon when there is something like 24p to pay
Unfortunately it is only an express, so have to venture sometimes to the big extras for stuff I can't buy there, but even there they now seem to know the policy. Just like to say not all Tesco staff are Old Trouts, there are some nice ones out there.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

morning all
, just had a little run in with a trout at mrT's this morning :mad::p
i have never seen this woman before , she was very pleasent when i got to the till , asked if had points card/did i need carrier bags, then as soon as i got my coupons out to pay :mad: she went into trout mode
(she says i cant use all these, 50% only, we dont stock this item, huffing and puffing , face like a smacked !!!!)
i kindly showed her the poster behind the till , she didnt even lift her head to look :mad: ( thats for staff only she says )errrm thats for customers love if you just look you will see what it says , ( she then just starts frantically scanning my coupons, huffing and bloody puffing )
she scanned them all and says thats 62p to pay ( no please /thank you )
i gave her a £1 to pay ( she then slams the change into my hand , and turns to the next customer ) she didnt even give me my reciept :mad:
as much as i tried i couldnt just walk away :mad: , so i kindly asked her if i had upset her in any way/ had i done something wrong , to justify the way she had just treated me ( her face dropped / she went bright read and got all tongue tiedstarted saying she didnt treat me badly and stuff )
so i told her to say sorry or i would be calling the manager over to make a complaint about her attitude towards me .
she soon says sorry and tells me she has had one of those daysi told her it was only 9am

It's simple to say ' Have you had a bad day?/When did you start?/When do you finish? One of these will be the Light The Blue Touch paper for your SA on any day.
I always announce something along the lines of 'I'm a mean shopper with CC+, till spits, vouchers, Bags for Life....probably I'm going to be your customer from Hell' etc.etc.
Make it fun - it's all a great game.
I am happy to rebuke gently, in a Mumsy way, and praise similarly, to that person and Mgmt.
