I've had the most upsetting incident ever suffered by Tesco:
Last week I had a dissagreement with Tesco about DTD on wine, anyhow when i went in next the line manager, supervisor and security were around the till and said to till lady to close the till when i had gone through. I was advised that they were checking that i did not go over 25% moc limit.

Anyhow i used well under. This week someone advised me the supervisor was shouting along the tills that i had £50 points on me clubcard (have £100 now).

It dont stop there and i feel this is disgusting....

I went to gym today and two girls from Tesco were going in at the same time, one i know who is ok, the other i dont know. The other one said her is sam the scammer - who scams points from Tesco. I advised her that i am entitled to all i get and follow Tesco policy.

Then she started going on about me conning Tesco re DTD argument with them. I advised my opinion and told her has nothing do with her. By this time we had been in reception of the gym, then she told me if she was manager i would be banned, i told her she was not n keep her nose out.

This is surely outrageous behaviour my data protection rights have been breached and feel i been bullied and harassed....

I had prblems once before and arguments were followed by such behaviour
    That's absolutely awful.

Others have mentioned that you could end up with a lifetime ban if you complain to Tesco's. If you don't want to risk this, why not complain to the gym about fellow members harassing and bullying you and see if you can instead get those biatches banned from your gym?

    Some small payback. :)

I used to save the pdfs to a word document and always had problems with them scanning. However since someone suggested on here to save the pdf to 'my documents' and then go in to that copy and use the snapshot tool to select and print the coupon, mine scan every time now which is such a relief! It used to take ages for them to type in the barcodes - and that was if you got a helpful SA!

Sorry if I'm suggesting something you've already tried!

Thank very much for that advice Ferrikins, I've managed to get 4 coupons that weren't scanning to scan, so only the finish is not scanning now.

UIm a bit miffed at tesco olive thing.. it encourages people to bulk buy lots of butter that quite honestlyu they dont need or might not even use.

So yes we get more points but this stuff might go to waste... its similar with other perishable points. I realise this is most cost effective way to get points just think a bit 'mweh'.

Suspect other msers have them, too.
This offer doesn't encourage me to buy butter; it does encourage me to buy olive oil spread - I use both and make my own butter easily with Mr T's cream when it's massively reduced.
It's a wonderful thing to do and very easy[see Thread].
Bulk buying for basics when offers are on is how I budget.

    Good morning,

I did my shopping in Tesco (Gatwick) yesterday and the lady at the checkout wouldn't accept all my MOC (£5 worth). She told me that if I use a MOC against a product that I haven't bought, then I could only use one. I checked this with customer services at the branch and they told me the same thing. Have Tesco recently changed their policy?????

No change to the policy Chops, but you'll find that each store is different.
Are there anymore local to you that you could try?

Yes luckily there is. It's just that I like using the Gatwick store because it's soooo big and generally stocks everything I need. Will try the other store next week and report back.

Hi chops, with so few posts you may not be aware that there is lots of info on the first page of this thread, including the national policy, which explains one of EACH coupon.
Most of us have a copy of this (or similar) in our purses/wallets/bags.;)
