Would someone mind telling me the Tesco Olive Spread opportunity at the moment please. I keep seeing reference to it but no initial info. Obviously not on first page as not MOC so a point in the direction would be great. Thanks
It's 50 bonus pts on CC for £1.24 spend, so 51[or52 with CC+:j]per item bought = £2.04 or £2.08 in Deals. remember, CC+ Double points works on money spent, not on points extra's - still better then any of their Credit Cards and you keep closer £control.
It's the usual black/yellow SEL, ditto the milk deals - 2 atm. For me, the 25pts extra on 1 litre Mr T milk is better than 40pts on the 2 litre size.
p.s. re: Olive oil enriched spread - have now seen in 2 Branches that normal size SEL '50 pts' blahblah has another larger one poked in, saying '10 pts'. Ignore this and be not deflected in purpose - the 50 pts shows up nicely at the end of your receipt, with pts breakdown and you also have CIAR proof on shelf to point at, when you accompany CS [THE SPARKLY GOLDEN RULE, although it looks rather orange here]back to item in question.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Thankyou - I was so pleased because it allowed me to buy the last of their excellent stainless steel garden spades, reduced successively from £19.99>£12>£6>£3! It's a really lovely thing and couldn't be better-timed.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

edit- looks like it may be a false call - checked on Tesco website and it's still 50 points - check your receipt though......If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -

I signed up to John Freida ages ago and haven't received anything. Has anyone else had their MOC's? How do they know I haven't much hair, I didn't tell them :silenced:

UIm a bit miffed at tesco olive thing.. it encourages people to bulk buy lots of butter that quite honestlyu they dont need or might not even use.
So yes we get more points but this stuff might go to waste... its similar with other perishable points. I realise this is most cost effective way to get points just think a bit 'mweh'.0 -
Olive spread points may have been reduced - check the SEL - see post by Puddings #861 on points/deals thread
....was shopping there yesterday and manager came over to me...he said he knew I was a regular shopper(have chatted to him before)...was a bit worried now, thought he'd noticed me shopping everyday and using mocs and was going to talk about that...but no...nothing to worry about...he said he had been asked by HO to do a weekly shop with a customer and would it be OK for him to do a shop with me next week...he wants me to ask for him when I arrive as he wants to accompany me shopping , he'll be carrying a clipboard...wants to note down what catches my eye, promotions etc and discuss why I buy certain products...and what route I take through the store...I told him lately I have been doing small shops and nip in and nip out but will do a longer 'big shop' just for him ...he was really pleased.....but I did say I will be using a £5 off moc so he had better make sure it will be accepted!!!:D0
