    Just to say thanks to everyone who replied - I rang sky in the end and they are going to fix it for free anyway - I presumed because it was our fault we would have to pay but they also gave us 2 months free films - get in!

    If you don't cancel the film channel before the 2 months is up you may find yourself subscribed to the film channel for the next 12 months at an aproximate cost of £10 a month.
