I have too much time on my hands most of the time exams or no exams, results are out 17th August, so I'll see how I got on then, this is the first one I ever home studied for, all the others I've gone on taught course & then revision courses (paid for by work) but as I'm currently only on a short term contract I couldn't afford the £500  for each course out of my own pocket.Don't Take Life too Seriously - Nobody gets out alive :rotfl:0 -
I'm in need of some guidence, I have a net income of £48000 per year= £4000 per month net, my outgoings are £2150 per month, made up of 3 loans 1 card and a mortgage plus living expenses, I have £1850 spare per month but I still do not make my payments on time and I waste money like there is no tomorrow, I have calculated that I can be debt free beside my mortgage in 35 months but I'm always making late payments because I am lazy, my direct debits often bounce because I don't put the money in on time!
I love my work and I'm excellent at my job, but this just keeps bogging me down because I couldn't organise a knees up in a brewery when it comes to my personal finance!
Fire away, point me in the right direction, give me advice, call me useless, just please help!0 -
Hello Lai and welcome
The best thing to do would be to start a thread of your own with the details in and all the lovely DFW peeps will be able to advise.
We'd never call you useless, so no worries on that score

the idea of going to something like Glastonbury has never appealed to me. The toilets, the mud, just the whole 'thing' of it and not being able to shut the door for a bit of peace and quiet for a few hours.
