Ink is for dip pens only I'm afraid. No cream paper - they are flowery gift sets with background images. Sorry.

We all have 3 free drinks too:beer: they can be doubles if we want but I think I will stick to single JD and coke, I know where I am with that and I can have just plain coke inbetween.

Its the food I am looking forward to. Got my costume all ready, bought of Ebay and will be back on there on Monday:D

Some people have paid over £70 for their outfits:eek:

This is mine although I only paid £10 for mine and the feather headress on the model is about 4x the size of the one that actually came with the dress, I think the ones I got are bloomin chicken feathers they are that small:rotfl:

    Morning :hello:

Lou...works party sounds great. We used to have office Christmas parties back in the 80's that were wild drunken affairs (was going to say orgies, but that was probably just me). I thought this fact needed highlighting again:eek::rotfl: you little dark horse you;)

Oh there will be plenty of tales to tell on Monday that will be for sure, just not about me:A I'm a good girl I am, even if I am going dressed as a slapper:D sorry I mean a Tart:p

    Great outfit Lou.

Well done on the surveys Linda. I don't seem to get very far with Toluna but do well with Lightspeed. I'm plodding on with Onepoll - it's taken me ages to get to £20 and min payout is £40.

My Toluna points seem to build up really quickly, make sure you do all the sponsored polls which are one question worth 15 points each, they help to bump the points up!

I haven't tried Onepoll, are they any good? I do Yougov surveys too, I've already had 1 £50 cheque and back up to £11.75

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Thanks Twitty-you're right, with the current state of the market it wouldn't be a good time to look for a new flying job- there's been a definate shift at BA, they are trying to trip up/trap the older (read more expensive) guys into making mistakes so they can fire them/make them retire early . Not a fun few days.....

I really must get organised and start doing surveys, points etc. I think what I need to do is write a list and make sure I work through it each day.

That is just horrible and what a way to treat loyal staff after all that time. Dam corporate companies

Sally, there is a thread on DFW about that, it gives a list etc.
Bookie, thanks hun, thought I'd ask :kisses3:
Lou, you certainly got to see a different side to some of the bosses  going back into work on the Monday morning was interesting though

Has anyone seen BlackRuby recently? or Doomy?
