Morning all. Bookie, sorry to hear about your fridge, maybe you should start keeping an eye on freecycle just in case it is broken?

Today's the first day of me trying to change. I saw a NHS personal trainer yesterday, she's given me loads of tips and encouragement, a lot more than the doctors and nurses I've seen! First of all we're concentrating on my weight loss, I've lost 12lb this year, but need to speed it up.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Morning everyone, Bookie my fridge is broken too water keeps running onto the floor no matter which setting it is on and now the metal around the door at the bottom has gone really rusty...

I am so excited about my Staff Summer Party today Wild West theme, I am going as a Saloon Girl so will spend most of my day tarting myself up, literately:D

Last years bash was a beach party and it was fab so I really cant wait. Funny times though 4pm - 10pm I certainly cant drink from 4 otherwise I will be in a right state:eek:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Good morning all!
My confessions of a shopoholic dvd came today :T
I've been surveying away and claimed £10 M&S voucher from Valued Opinions
£5 Paypal from Lightspeed and I'm up to 59,000 on Toluna which means a £10 voucher in the next week or so because I'm still waiting for points to be awarded from surveys.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
