Lou your party sounds absolutely fab...not too much vino though at 4pm ( I would be blotto by about....5pm
)
We all have 3 free drinks too:beer: they can be doubles if we want but I think I will stick to single JD and coke, I know where I am with that and I can have just plain coke inbetween.
Its the food I am looking forward to. Got my costume all ready, bought of Ebay and will be back on there on Monday:D
Some people have paid over £70 for their outfits:eek:
This is mine although I only paid £10 for mine and the feather headress on the model is about 4x the size of the one that actually came with the dress, I think the ones I got are bloomin chicken feathers they are that small:rotfl:

She was great! It wasn't a referral, I saw her stand at our fete, and signed up. It's 6-8 weeks per problem. She teaches you how to set goals, then how to work out the steps to reach those goals. She seems to know about every support and self help group in Leeds and she can even come along to the first meeting with me. So we're tackling the food issues first. I just wish I'd found out about the service ages ago!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

it's cool, very ott! it's amazing how much folk spend on this things though - DS had something on at school recently and his pals mum bought her son an outfit for £50 while everyone else just got by with stuff they had already. She was complaining about being skint too - go figure!:rolleyes:Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Did you win the DVD Linda? I haven't won anything for ages but I have been slacking off a bit from comping - must enter more!
No, I ordered it from Play.com via Quidco.
I haven't done many comps lately either, just the online magazine ones.
I have ordered a free packet of carrot seeds from the freebies, no spend required board!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Morning :hello:
Bookie & Lou, hope your fridges haven't packed in....it's a pain....do check/ask on Freecycle.
Ames....personal trainer, have fun & as you say encouragement make so much difference.
Lou...works party sounds great. We used to have office Christmas parties back in the 80's that were wild drunken affairs (was going to say orgies, but that was probably just me).
SRM, well done to DH for passing his sim training, when jobs are at risk, these tests become so much more significant.
Raining here, but one of my lovely staff went and unlocked my shop at 8 for me today, so I've had a bit of a lie in.
Bookie...is calligraphy ink ok to use in a fountain pen?
Do you have any cream writing paper & envelopes?......questions questions......hope you've not had to give any more refunds.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Great outfit Lou.
Well done on the surveys Linda. I don't seem to get very far with Toluna but do well with Lightspeed. I'm plodding on with Onepoll - it's taken me ages to get to £20 and min payout is £40.0
