Okey doke, in that case can you give me some time to have a look through the current stickies, see what we've got, talk to the Benefits BGs to get their thoughts and get back to you?

Monday to Wednesdays are always taken up with stuff for the weekly email and post-email questions so if you can hold on till later in the week I'll try to take a look through them Wednesday or Thursday.

I don't think he meant it in that way, more of a frustration that he could not email you.

Why not just get entitledto re-written so it's easier/all on one page and you can change things with sliders.

That'd answer most questions straight away.

Entitledto is too difficult to use, yet would answer many questions.

That sounds like a great idea but entitledto is not done by this site. Maybe someone from MSE staff could create a new one?

Fran, when I saw this I did not feel 'anti-Fran'. I actually felt for you in that you probably get a lot of PM's, so much so that it is hard for you to keep the in-box empty! I am sorry you felt singled-out there .
I, for one, appreciate all the work that board guides do, and it must be hard trying to please everybody! :T:T
I also think SB was just feeling slightly frustrated, although think he can clarify this himself .
