    right think im gonna have to change when i do my workout as when i do it at night i feel soooo hungry after .. so try squeeze it in during the day stop me snacking at night x

  • Hi everyone,

    Is it too late to join? my son is now 9 months old and although I'm at my pre baby weight, I want to lose half a stone (currently weight 7stones 13lbs) and really need to tone my baby belly so hopping this will motivate me.

  • Thank you for adding me, I'm off jogging tomorrow (or should I say later on today) started this 2 weeks ago but have increased it to twice a week from this week so hopefully this will help.

    Unfortunately my friend decided she was in too much of a bad mood to jog, so luckily I did loads of housework that hopefully burnt some calories, I'll step it tomorrow and start workouts of an hr.

    weighed myself yesterday (a day early) and had lost 1.5 lbs over the week which was OK. But last night was feeling a bit down and scoffed a whole packet of jaffa cakes, and the scales this morning showed a 2.5lb gain over night, which means I'm 1lb up this week :mad:. Hope this is only a temporary blip and there will be a big loss next week.

  • Yeah jogging a bit boring but most the time we have a girly chat and a giggle as we go, did an hr workout today, forgot how much hard work they are but felt great after, hoping to keep it up everyday.

    Nicki I'm finding it hard to resist the chocolate pudding in the fridge.
