  • hmmm... everythings gone completely up the wall!!!

i keep weighing and its not good for me... had i been weighing when i should be i would of seen ive gone up one pound in one week... instead because i keep weighing i thought yay id gone down three, but gained that and one more!! if that makes sense!! lol

so 1. only weigh on mondays!!

i seem to be around 15.3, 15.4, dont know if im hitting a plateau or whether its because last week i had a curry and then this week ive had 2 nice meals but high in cals for valentunes day (yes i know, 2!!!)

    2. watch the calories and no more bad meals till brother birthday end of march

BECAUSE i keep weighing and am now depressed coz im going up and down, ive not done any exercise on the wii etc since the beginning of the week

    3. more exercise.. swimming next week and start of my dance class on wednesday nights

lastly... im extremley broody again, even though oliver is only just 6 months old!!! so i want to lose the last stone of baby weight and then 2 more stone to get me to 12 stone (ill be only about half a stone over weight then) once i hit that mark, i want us to start trying for baby 2. im realistic, itll take me about a year or more to lose 3 stone, but im hopinh thinking this way will keep me on the straight and narrow!

    xx

  • Hi everyone,

I had Jake in October and thought that even though I had spent my entire pregnancy eating pies and cakes, most of my weight would disappear after the birth! Oh how wrong was I?!

Anyway decided it wasn't worth starting until after Crimbo so on the 5th Jan I started! I have lost almost a stone so far with at least another 2 stone to go! So here I am in hope of finding motivation to help keep me on the straight and narrow!

I will now go and read the entire thread to get to know you all! :j

    Be back soon!

Welcome Mad. Sounds like you're doing really well.

Another 1.5lbs off for me this week, despite a pig out on Valentines Day. That makes 8.5lbs over the last month, so if it keeps going at this rate, I should reach my target by May (gulp - that sounds a long time away!)
  • Weighed myself today, last time was last saturday, which meant I was 2 days post birth and was 12stone8, today I weighed 12stone3, I actually had to look at the scales 3 times :rotfl: I have been a total pig this week and eaten chocolate and cream cakes for breakfast, dinner and tea :o this loss has really given me the motivation to carry it on and i will be starting tomorrow morning with a bowl of weetabix for breakfast and absolutley no snacking!!! :o

  • Hello again,

Got weighed again today and have put on 2lbs in the last week! :(

Its my own fault thought... eating out, having chippy and drinking is not going to help me lose weight!!

However I have done my back in this week which turns out to be sciatica so that is not going to help me with my exercise!

Why isn;t there a mmiracle diet to help us all eh!?

I'm off out to a friends for tea tonight who is cooking... Garlic ciabatta to start, steak and ale pie followed by toffee gateaux! That is seriously going to pile the pounds on! DOH!

Never mind will be good again tomorrow! :o

    Hope you're all ok!
