If you get bored drinking plain fizzy water it's quite refreshing with apple juice. Fill a glass half way with apple juice and then top up with fizzy water..... A lot of people in Germany enjoy this drink.. It's perfect for a hot summers day.
You must have a huge kitchen to store all those bottles of water

Evening everyone,
Well, today wasn't as bad as it could have been. I managed to get through the whole conference (9.30-1.30) without eating one biscuit!! Yay me!!! The set lunch looked really bad - rich sauces etc, so I made my excuses to get back to the office and just picked up a chicken wrap on the way (ok, could have been better - 483 calories ), crikey - at this rate I might actually lose a couple of pounds this week :TWorking hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Hi all
Have to confess i havn't actually started my diet yet, i keep putting it off even though i know i have to do itGot mil2b coming to visit at the weekend so i just know this will include meals out so i have decided i'm going to start after the weekend and actually stick to it! Felt a bit rubbish this morning when i went to put my dress on that fit me nicely 2 weeks ago to find that it was just a little bit too tight around the waist, so god knows how much weight i've put on in these last few weeks! Anyhow it sounds like your all doing really well so far. Well done
xx
