    Hi All,

This is my first time posting, but I normally lurk for inspiration!

Ive set myself a limit of £100 this month and want to use up lots of the things in my cupboards/freezers and fridge.

I havent done a proper inventory but I know I could make the following meals:
    • Chicken Curry with mushrooms and noodles.
    • Risotto
    • Filled pasta (spinach and ricotta tortellini) and salad
    • Stir Fry: Baby sweetcorn, mushrooms, courgette, peppers and noodles
    • Toad in the hole (I havent tried this yet and really want to give it a go)
    • Fish pie with peas, sweetcorn and carrots
    • Macaroni Cheese with Bacon.
Im not sure on which days we will have them, but as I go through more of my cupboards and freezer and have a closer look, this may be subject to change!

    :D
:)Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying:)

    Here is ours.
Did not realise how veggie/chicken based it was but it will do no harm to have no red meat for a while!
Sun 28th–Veggie/Meat (for DH) Haggis, tatties and turnip
Mon 29th - Chicken tikka burger rolls, chips and salad
Tue 30th - Stuffed pasta, sauce and garlic bread
Wed 1st-[STRIKE] Roast chicken breasts, gravy, mash, potatoes, [STRIKE]parsnips[/STRIKE] LO veggie haggis served as stuffing ;)[/STRIKE] Far too hot for a roast, so we will have chicken breast caesar salad with some of the breasts and not sure about the other (maybe make chicken and spring onion soup for tomorrow ?). Depends on how long Wimbledon is on for lol
Thu 2nd- (HM ?) Soup and sandwiches
Fri 3rd- Sweet potato, pepper and sausage hash
    Sat 4th- Chippy ?
    Have a good week.

Sunday - Sage and Onion Sausage Pie, Salad/Veg and Steamed Potatoes. Followed by Chestnut-Swirled Creams.

Could I have the recipe for this please? It sounds wonderful! :D

Also, here's my mealplan for the week:

Saturday: HM Lasagne with Garlic Bread
    Sunday: Lamb Tikka Skewers
    Monday: Shepherd's Pie
    Tuesday: At Mum's
Wednesday: Thai Red Chilli Chicken with Noodles
Thursday: Spanish Omelette (although possibly out, weather depending)
    Friday: Spaghetti Bolognese

Snacks are homebaked apricot bars and biscuits. Lunches are sandwiches, but as OH is wanting to get a bit more veg into his diet, I'll be trying to come up with some other stuff too. Any puds will be fruit or yoghurt.

    Have a good week, everyone!

Sunday - chicken breast, potato, veg
Monday - baked potato with grated cheese/carrot or maybe macaroni cheese
Tuesday - pork slices, potatoes, veg
Wednesday - pork curry and rice (fish cake and noodles for dd2 as she doesn't like curry)
Thursday - pizza and curly fries
Friday - bbq chicken, corn on the cob, baked potato
