Saks offer-WHY HAVE MSE REMOVED THE OFFER DETAILS FROMTHE EMAIL??

Just got home from Sainsburys after buying a NOTW especially for the SAKS voucher and couldn't find it! Logged on to MSE only to read that it's because I've also got the Irish version like many here! That is ridiculous! I'm also going to email custserv@fabulousmag.co.uk and ask them for a voucher. Would never have spent a quid on this paper if it wasn't for the promise of a voucher!

Vouchers are in the paper at the tesco garage near south wimbledon station if you're in the area! Me and my housemates got one each

I finally managed to get one from a friend who lives in North London. I did complain to the [EMAIL="custserv@fabulousmag.co.uk"]custserv@fabulousmag.co.uk[/EMAIL] email addy and received a crap response.

They did say they would post me a new one but after I stated that my appointment was today at 12 and a new one would not get here in time, they said I should not have booked before I had the voucher. I then sent a "lovely":eek: email back saying that if Irish magazines were not put in English papers then none of this would have been an issue and that I was sure thta I would not be the only one to complain.

My biggest issue with all this is that a number of people may genuinely lose out because of something that they have no control over and this is extremely frustrating.

Just received a very prompt reply this morning from custserv@fabulousmag.co.uk after emailing them yesterday, asking for my address so they can send me a voucher / UK version of the mag. Will let you know if it arrives!

I have just phoned Cardiff store and I've been told they are fully booked! Im quite surprised considering they wouldn't take bookings last week saying they were not taking part in this promotion!

Did anyone from here manage to get booked in with Cardiff?

Saks are a really nice chain and iv had some really stunning hair 'dos' in the past. Both my mum and i love them as they cut styles that you actually suit and can live with, and aren't a one trick pony like some - you can either have this style or nothing type thing.

really chuffed with this voucher - can't wait for my pampering!!

I've had mine done this morning and it is brilliant. Much better than my normal salon. The phone was ringing off the hook though and the chaps working were getting very narked as there was no receptionist and they kept having to break off. But I am very happy and my hair looks lovely
