Hi

Any body booked gosforth high st for a haircut, if so what days is it, only Mon - Wed?

Anybody booked newcastle if so do you know what days you can book it there?

Yes I also tried to book Portsmouth as well and got the same reply, that you have to phone on the day.

The girl said we are operating this way as we could potentially get some booking for genuine paying customers in the salon, rather than taking up the appointments with Free Haircuts.

Who is covering the costs of these haircuts ?? Is it Saks themselves ?

It's frustrating that all the salons are applying different rules. Not everyone inc myself can drop everything to get a last minute appointment, juggling work, kids etc.

Id be interested in this but my nearest salon is Birmingham and I work Mon to Fri 9-5 so cant get there in the week:rolleyes: dont even know if they are in on the offer?

Is there a list of participating salons anywhere?

Im away in the New Forest in July wonder if there are any in towns there like Bournmouth? Must find out as free all week then and will be due a cut whilst away.

Ah just checked Saks site there is one in Southampton - think thats not too far from the New Forest (Lymington) where we are staying in July. Il ring them Monday see if they are part of the offer, Bournmouth not listed as having a salon.

I booked Newcasle and they said monday - wednesday.
I got a mid morning appointment x

Durham have no appointments left (they are doing a Wednesday only) but Chester le Street are doing Tuesdays and Thursdays and I managed to get an appointment there. thanks to the OP for the heads up or I would have waited till Monday to phone. the staff in Durham and CLS were both very helpful.
