My Barber..(not a poncy hairdresser),says he sometimes gets wimmin coming in for a haircut too..! Mind you,i dont think they are of the long flowing golden locks persuasion. More short,elfish and practical.

no appointments left in darlington.i got into redcar.they have appointments on a mon or tues only.still plenty of slots left by the sounds of things.hth

thanks for the tip OP - have booked for 8th July at Newcastle City Centre Saks. Sounded like they had plenty of appointments left, but only on a Mon-Wed. xx

Just tried to book with the St Albans salon, but the woman on the phone loudly discussed with her colleague that it was 'just another one of those free haircut calls' and then made me wait while they finished discussing their drinking sessions from last night. Will I entrust my haircut to these people? No!

Thanks all!! Just booked haircut at Derby DLC salon for 7th July as part of my city break using £1 Ryanair flights and £20 Jury's Inn Hotel room!!! FAB - should be great lil hol!!
