    I'm happy that I'm getting a good deal - £14.99 per month for unlimited downloads (outside of peak hours).

    I've had a smattering of problems, most short lived, and those which I have not been able to sort myself have been remedied by the tech guys manning the support forums on the website. They are in Milton Keynes, not Bombay!

    I realsied the other day that I was still being charged £15.99 a month, I sent them an email requesting the price to be changed and have my money refunded, got an email back 3 days later saying it was all sorted. So hows that for the terrible customer service
