i,ve entered a debt management programme, can i still claim against the companys that i am now paying monthly via my dm programme,
i can not remember ever being told anything about ppi and would not have been eligible as i was on benefits and working casual (legally)
they are a bank loan and credit cards....
any help would be great

hi
yes,i have a letter from when i took out the pc loan stating that and had,nt realised i,d been paying it. have sent them a copy of it and completed template, i still have that loan in action (so to speak)
i have now got a dmp with a loan and a few cards and wondered if i could still try for ppi refunds or if they,d then be difficult reguarding my dmp,
many thanks for your time0 -
In that case, yes you can reclaim PPI.maxinelouise wrote: »hi
