Help! No reply from monarch!

I booked two flights with Monarch airlines on 15th June for flights this Sunday 28th June. After I had booked and was given reference no. my sister's computer crashed. I couldn't print off the paperwork and haven't received any e-mail confirmation from them. The payment for the flights has definitely been taken out of my account - it's there in black and white Monarch Luton - but I have no paperwork at all. I have e-mailed Monarch no fewer than 10 times but with not a single response. Phoning them is no better and after two marathon sessions of holding on for 45 and 50 minutes I was still being held in a queue. Anybody got any suggestions? Am I worrying over nothing as I know last time I checked in with them at Mcr Airport they only asked for passports? Any advice would be gratefully received!

Did you write down the Reference Number?
If so did you try looking at the "View my bookings" on the web site?0
