I've never had scales (weighed myself at my sister's on Sunday tho!) and my spam button has gone... but so has my User CP button.... thats why I've seen the Daily Chat thread, tho, so its not all bad!

LOL with Sammy - it takes me back :rotfl:

Toto - I went over to your blog too... I can't believe what your neighbours have put you through already  Has it occurred to you, if the situation with Social Services gets dodgy, that your presence on mse and your blog both will give great detail about exactly *how* wonderful a mother you are, how thoughtful you are, how concerned you are? Because thats exactly what comes through.

For my own self, I'm a bit puzzles at the mo  I'm doing lots of phone mystery shops, and I did loads last year at the same time, part of a big blitz. There were a few dodgy ones last year, but this year they're *mostly* dodgy and I'm submitting some terrible reports. I mean, reports about terrible phone contact :rotfl::o

EDIT - ooh, my User CP is back. Naughty KC, talk to everyone else, will you!!!!

Dont give up - just run more :D:D, trust me running with hangover = not the most fun ever (until it clears anyway) - you'll cut down without meaning too and learn to drink a small amount and still enjoy yourself :D:D

Thats actually whats happened Becky, as soon as I started running I found I really didn't want to drink as much (not that I am a great drinker) cos I don't like the after effects....so I have learned to drink in moderation.

Last night just proved to me though that I still can't handle my drink and actually when you start to put yourself in danger you shouldn't ever put yourself in that position.

I am supposed to be going for a run tonight with runchum....I haven't cancelled yet! I am waiting to see if I think I can hang on to my stomach contents first.....

What do you mean about dodgy phone contact....you mean people being rude to you on the phone, cos if thats what you mean its because customer service all over the world has basically gone totally down the pan.......

My OH's interweb dongle went down on Sunday...it said his 30 day trial had expired....when he rung them to find out what was wrong they eventually figured out that they have sent him someone else's sim...and someone else has his...

It does usually help - but just take the first mile or so very easy and see what happens :)

    Hope you feel better soon...

    Hi Karma :hello:

I have been drinking so much less since I've been running more. Partly because I want to be clear-headed to run, but partly I am getting to like feeling healthier and I don't seem to enjoy the 'feeling' of drinking any more  Happy with a glass of wine or two now and then, whereas I used to have a few bottles a week!

Scorgeous....:rotfl: actually you read my mind. Whilst I was coming to this morning I was reading Runners world ratings on the timberhonger and was laughing to myself wondering if you had read them cos it might put you off....

It kind of depends on your definition of a hill.....I am still not sure whats a hill and whats not.....I know I sound stupid but.....

Becky - do you know how I can look at a route with the hills on it...

It is also the route that I did a week last Sunday when I wasn't feeling very well and I don't know whether I found it tough because I was ill or whether it was just tough....I am also finding I am a bit scared of doing it now cos I have had a couple of bad runs.....

Come do it anyway...would love to meet you. I promise I won't get drunk....
