20% doesnt that mean going backwards...

I know it means almost losing the ability to breathe! Was fun though :D Wouldn't fancy running down it mind you...

Nope that doesnt work for me - isnt it weird...anyway you can search for the run on mapmyrun but its some hills but gentle ones - about 2% - my leeds run is up to 7% and thats a good hill :D

Also the elevation of the 10k is about 200ft (up and downs) in total so not too bad but not flat either - bear in mind that one of the hills is at the end so save some energy for it!

The elevation goes up higher than that when I look at it.....

edit: scrub that last remark I am an idiot...

Will give my friend in Wolverhampton a ring tonight see if I can stay at hers, and if I can, I will do it although you will finish miles before me as I am really slow at the minute and the thought of challenging run makes me go a bit green at the gills before I've even started

Not the way I'm running at the minute....its not that bad at all scorgy...

Just paid £164 for 2 adults and 2 children with 2 pieces of luggage to Milan on 25th Oct -> 1st Nov - a bargain I think. (Half term week for us) Flight times were very good too (afternoon) Flights to Cagliari were even cheaper but flight there arrived at 21.30. If you fancy a cheap half term holiday this looks like the flights would be sorted for you if you're quick.

Another crucial thing to think of when drinking to excess like that is..this.

Thats why I never ever drive anywhere if I am going out cos I would actually get behind the wheel of a car if I had a drink because when i have had a drink I think I can do anything.....

Good job I got the train home, I'd still be in Manchester....:rotfl:
