Right, they have accepted my card.

Now all they want is a document with my date of birth on.

I have no birth certificate (long story and my name is different now anyway)

    I do not drive

    I have no passport

Does anyone know of any other documents which could be used and/or can my bank supply me a printout with my date of birth on, that is sufficient to be used as ID?

    Thanks.

Good idea Paul. I've sent across one of those forms and hope they accept it.

    Thanks.
