Right, they have accepted my card.
Now all they want is a document with my date of birth on.
I have no birth certificate (long story and my name is different now anyway)
I do not drive
I have no passport
Does anyone know of any other documents which could be used and/or can my bank supply me a printout with my date of birth on, that is sufficient to be used as ID?
